Nut Roll Bars (or NRBs, as we like to call them) -- these are the BOMB!!

1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
3 cups mini marshmallows
12 oz peanut butter chips
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz cocktail peanuts.

Mix together cake mix, butter and egg, press into cake pan and bake at 350F for 10-12 mins.

Place marshmallows over baked layer and return to oven for 3-4 mins until marshmallows puff up.

In sauce pan, melt peanut butter chips, butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Pour over marshmallows. Spread peanuts on top. Cool.
