1 lb box of shell macaroni (or any fun pasta)- cook and drain
2 stalks celery diced
1 medium onion diced
hardboiled egg- to taste
in large bowl mix together:
1/4 C yellow mustard
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp white vinegar
DRESSING
in a blender mix:
1 cup mayo (i use miracle whip)
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp celery seed
2/3 cup vinegar
2 cups vegetable/salad oil
BLEND UNTIL COMBINED-@ 10 min
mix pasta into yellow mustard mixture and add egg, celery, onions. toss with as much dressing as you'd like. this recipe makes a TON but we keep it in the fridge at all times. it will keep for weeks.
