chicken tenders


2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
honey mustard (i use ken's steakhouse, but you can make your own)
pretzel sticks/small pretzel twists crushed
*wash and cut chicken in to pieces (i did strips)
*dip chicken in honey mustard
*roll chicken in pretzel pieces
*place on baking rack over cookie sheet (to collect any drippings)
cook for 25-35 min. @ 350 or until chicken is done.
broccoli- i added a spicy queso cheese. its good!!!
easy and better than fried! they are super easy and avy loves them.
