Chicken Supreme

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bag chicken stuffing
6 slices of Swiss cheese (or provel, Munster, or shredded Swiss... also use more cheese if you want!)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk (or dry white wine works too)
1 stick of butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken breasts in bottom of greased 9x11 inch pan. You can either leave the breasts whole or cube them. Both work fine, it just depends on what you like. Mix soup and milk (or wine) together and pour over chicken. Place cheese on top of chicken, and sprinkle with stuffing. You can either use part or all of the bag. It depends on how much stuffing you like. I normally use 3/4 of a bag. Melt butter and pour on top of stuffing mixture. Cover chicken with aluminum foil (if you want, I've forgotten step and been fine), and bake for 30 min. Take out, remove aluminum foil, and bake an additional 10-20 min or until chicken is done.
It's great served with some twice baked potatoes, or some mashed new potatoes... or red potatoes with the skins left on them.... and sour cream... Oh... I'm salivating over the thought!
Oh... it's so yummy. Make it please and then tell me how much you love it!!!
