I make them in a blender and then just pour them right on the griddle- just make sure griddle is really hot so they don't stick.
6-7 eggs
12 oz cottage cheese
1/3 C whole wheat flour...
1/3 C wheat germ
1/3 C olive oil
1/3 C milk (can use plain yogurt)
1/2 t almond flavoring
I use fat free cottage cheese and milk. You want the pancakes pretty thin so they aren't mushy inside, add a splash more milk if needed, and walla!
