Ingredients
1 c softened peanut butter
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
24 Hershey Kisses
Directions
Cream peanut butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl; add egg and vanilla; mix until blended.
Roll into balls; place 2 in. apart on an ungreased baking sheet; bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes (or until the tops are slightly cracked.) Then immediately place a Kiss in the middle of each cookie. Let cool for approx. 5 minutes before removing to wire racks.
Enjoy (and don't eat them all at once)!!!
